Guestrooms. Guestrooms feature a rotating selection of artwork by young regional artists. Fully-equipped kitchens include refrigerators, coffeemakers and cookware. Complimentary wireless Internet, flat-screen televisions, Bose Wave CD/radios and a selection of wines grace each room. The two-bedroom pentouse apartment's design blends steel, stone, and textured fabrics for a modern, relaxed vibe. The penthouse's teak soaking tub has been dubbed the "Lucky Luke." Views of the Northern Lights in the winter and 24-hours of daylight in the summer are enjoyed from this apartment's private balcony.
Expert Tip. Local materials were utilized in the room design by renowned Icelandic designer and Home Luxury Apartments owner Agnar Agnarsson, including wool art lampshades and granite rock headboards.
Please note:The building is 120 years old and is a wooden structure. Noises and walking can be heard between the apartments, which might disturb some guests.
