Location. Le Meridien Amman Hotel is located in Amman, Jordan, in the centre of the city's commercial and business district, Shmeisani. Amman city centre is eight kilometres from the hotel, and the archaeological site of Jerash is 45 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. Set in two nine-storey white towers, the hotel has a contemporary exterior while the marble-floored lobby is decorated with traditional Middle- Eastern patterned rugs. Multilingual staff manage both the 24-hour front desk and 24-hour concierge desk. A car rental desk is also situated in the lobby. Valet and garage parking are available (surcharge).
Le Meridien Amman Hotel has five onsite restaurants offering American, International, Lebanese, Japanese, and Mongolian menus. Palms Lounge provides live entertainment in candlelit, velvet-furnished surroundings and Tiffany's Bar offers a range of cocktails. The hotel also houses a branch of the Starbucks coffee shop chain.

Expert Tip. Mount Nebo is situated in west Jordan offering panoramic views over the 'Holy Land' of Israel and Palestine. At its highest point are the remains of Syagha, a fourth century church built to commemorate the reputed place of Moses' death.

From Amman Queen Alia Airport (AMM): Distance to Le Meridien Amman Hotel is 35 kilometres, approximately 30 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The most efficient way to get to the hotel is by taxi, from outside the terminal building. Fares are approximately 17 JOD.
Getting around. Amman is served by a reliable and inexpensive bus network and metered private taxis are available at reasonable prices. Hire cars are recommended for reaching destinations outside of the city centre.
Driving directions. From the airport, turn right towards the city centre onto Tartu mnt.
Pass the Stockmann department store and turn right onto street A. Laikmaa.
Turn left from the next crossing onto Estonia pst.
Drive straight ahead, over a big junction and pass Vabaduse Square.
Keep to the right and at a church on the left-hand side, turn right onto Toompuiestee.
Pass the train station, go over a hill and go straight along a narrow street, Rannamae tee.
After a small park turn right onto Vaike Rannavarav.
At the first crossing on the cobblestone street, turn right onto Olevimagi.
Take the first left onto Vene Street.
The Hotel is on the right-hand side a few hundred metres down the road.
