L'HOTEL:
Waves Beach Resort is a modern resort hotel on the Red Sea with a private sandy beach, located five kilometres from Hughada Airport. This three-floor hotel features 158 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which include satellite television, direct-dial phones, minibars and private bathrooms. Guestrooms are furnished in a simple style with tiled floors and patterned fabrics.
Guests start the day with a buffet breakfast before relaxing by one of two swimming pools with poolside bar. The hotel also has a private beach where guests can take a rest beneath sunshades or have a go at snorkelling and scuba diving. There is also a health club with fitness equipment, gift shop and café. Multilingual staff on the 24-hour front desk can assist with room service requests and dry-cleaning requirements. Meals are served in the main restaurant which seats 450 diners and serves international buffet dishes. After dinner guests can retire to the Shisha Corner to sample a range of flavoured shisha, or dance the night away in the onsite disco. Those wishing to explore beyond the resort can visit the restaurants and bars of Hurghada, or travel to Luxor 150 kilometres away. Hurghada Airport is five kilometres from the hotel and takes around 10 minutes by car.
