The extensive modern Paradise Golden 5 Beach Resort complex is located on its own 750-metre sandy beach on Hurghada's Red Sea coast. It features 470 air-conditioned guestrooms, over five floors, classically decorated in blue with dark wood furniture. All include balconies, satellite television, telephones, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. Half board and All-Inclusive room rates are available.
Guests can head for the hotel's 750-metre private sandy beach with its water sports centre, or take a dip in the interconnecting swimming pools. The on-site health club offers a fitness room, beauty salon, sauna, steam room, hot tub and therapeutic massages. There are a range of gift shops for souvenirs and holiday essentials, and the hotel has banking facilities. Children can join in the fun activities at the supervised kids' club, enjoy the mini-train and swim in their own safe pool area and toddlers' splash pool. There are daily activities and evening entertainment, and a nightclub for dancing until the early hours, while the hotel's water sports centre runs scuba diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, glass-bottom boat trips, pedalos and banana boat rides. Other activities on offer include floodlit clay-court tennis, basketball, volleyball and beach volley, fishing, aerobics, horse riding, table tennis and mini golf. The hotel features many drinking and dining options; The Day and Night coffee shop is open 24-hours with live music every evening and the hotel's main Red Sea Restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offers an extensive buffet of international dishes and local specialities. Guests can enjoy a cocktail or soft drink at the Bora Bora pool bar and the Sunshine Pool Bar also serves light snacks. The Bella Vista Restaurant serves a wide range of Italian dishes, with views of the pool, and guests can relax with a game of pool and a drink at the elegant billiard bar. The hotel is ten kilometres from Hurghada's busy centre, or guests can travel further afield to the ancient site of Luxor, 150 kilometres from the hotel. Hurghada International Airport is 15 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of 20 minutes.
The All-Inclusive room rate incorporates buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with table wine, water and soft drinks included; late continental breakfast; snacks from 10 AM to noon and from 9 PM to midnight; afternoon coffee and cakes; drinks at the bars from 10 AM to midnight including local spirits, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Vintage wines and premium spirits not included.
The half-board room rate incorporates buffet breakfast and dinner each day.
